Currently Fei Tian only admits international students who already hold a valid visa and can legally study in the USA. Depending on your visa type, you may be able to enroll in Fei Tian as a full-time student, part-time student, or for class auditing only. Please call the Office of Admissions at 845-256-8170 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options with our staff.
All application materials should be received by Fei Tian no later than May 1 for fall admission or Oct. 15 for spring admission. To confirm enrollment at Fei Tian, admitted students must submit a deposit of $950 by June 1 for fall enrollment or Nov. 15 for spring enrollment.
The TOEFL or IELTS score is required for students whose native language is not English, regardless of whether the language of instruction at your school is English. For information about the TOEFL and IELTS, please visit their websites: www.toefl.org and www.ielts.org.
Under the following conditions, you may waive the English proficiency requirement.
If you have taken the SAT and received minimum sub-score of 550 in critical reading and writing
If your primary language is English and you have graduated from a high school that uses English as the language of instruction
If you are a transfer applicant who has earned three semester credits of freshman English composition at a regionally accredited US college or university and has a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
If you hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited US college or university recognized by the US Department of Education.
Secondary school transcripts must be sent both in the original language and in English.
Fei Tian College may ask for a WES evaluation, at the applicant’s expense, to authenticate a transcript.
All secondary school and college/university transcripts must show a clearly visible original stamp/seal from the issuing institution.
For university students, a WES evaluation is required, at your expense, if you wish to apply university credit earned at an institution outside the U.S. Please visit www.wes.org for further information.

Personal Statement in a one to two-page essay describing the applicant’s academic interest, ability and achievements and explaining why the applicant wishes to attend FTC-MT
Copy of valid passport or proof of legal visa status
Non-refundable application fee of US $50
